Xemex has acquired a controlling stake in Vitaco Holdings Corporation, a vitamin infused product company. The Company acquired a sixty (60%) percent controlling interest in Vitaco for $500,000 payable over six months in monthly installments.

Vitaco Enterprises, LLC (Vitaco), a wholly owned subsidiary of Vitaco Holding Corp. and its predecessor companies have been working on the development of a revolutionary method of infusing vitamins into consumable liquid products utilizing “Nano” technology. This development is now complete, tested and perfected. The technology known as “VIP”, Vitamin Infused PotionTM is specifically designed for alcohol products and the technology known as “MVP” Multivitamin PotionTM is for non-alcohol products for humans and pets. Both are so unique, that they have a patent pending. Our technology is the only one that produces a full working daily multivitamin. It is modified depending on the actual type of consumable liquid it is used in. The vitamins include vitamin A, C, D, E, and B-1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 12 and potassium. Yet, in spite of the complexity, consumable liquid products made using “VIP” or “MVP” are formulated to remain stable, crystal clear, clean, safe and tasteless and still deliver a full daily dose of multivitamins. “Vitaco is changing the way the world takes vitamins.” Vitaco intends to first launch a line of dog water in the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2008 and then expand into other sectors of the market. Vitaco is also actively pursuing licensing arrangements with other beverage manufacturers.
